C'est magique! And best of all: It's without acetone or parabens and is gentle on the nails. It doesn't smell too bad, either. Love it!
I bought my bottle in Paris, but I'm pretty sure you can get hold of this little jar of magic in most Sephora outlets (although I couldn't find it online)

I have decided to take action against hair damage! Hopefully these helpers will prevent my hair from breakage and thermal wear, fight the fade, reduce split ends and boost volume and shine. Optimistic?!

Last night with the girls we were discussing eye brows. I mentioned that it would be cool to have mine done by THE eyebrow master: Fred Hamelten at Jan Thomas Studio. As eyebrows really frame the face, we all wanted to book in our appointments right away. Nevertheless, his year long wait list made us realize that the way to perfect brows could be long...
Amazingly, when I called Jan Thomas studio today another customer had just cancelled her appointment, making room for me right away! (or I could wait until the next available - december 2011)
I still can't believe my luck! I was really excited about his work. Could he actually turn my soft brows into the perfect diva look?! Despite his star studded client list, I admit I had my doubts.
However, after 50 minutes of threading, tweezing and filling, I just couldn't believe it! Fred Hamelten is indeed an artist, and I'm SO satisfied!
I will be back for sure - even if it means calling daily for cancellations...

My sweet friend gave me her favorite foot cream for my birthday. Epoch Sole Solution by Nu Skin contains only natural ingredients and leaves your feet baby soft after first time use. I have tried a lot of different  foot creams (L'Occitane, Body shop...), but this is now my ultimate favorite. Walk away from hard cracked heels! And in case you doubt my encouragement: Nope, my opinions aren't paid for. I'm just happy with my new soft feets!

Speaking of it.. Whenever I want to do yoga, but don't feel like heading to the gym, I just follow a few video workouts on YouTube. That works too!

New Haircut

I don' cut my hair that often, but when I do feel the need for a hair cut, I'v got to get it done at an instant. Like today, I woke up realizing today was a true bad hair day. Fortunately, Kutt, my favourite salon at Grünerløkka in Oslo could book me in the same day.

Thus, I now have a good hair night with new highlights and no split ends. Hurrah!

Fun (and safe) in the sun

As much as I love the sun, I'm not a big fan of sunburn. Therefore, I make sure to put on very high protection before hitting the sun. OK, it may take a bit longer to reach that ultimate summer tan, but when its there, the color tends to be longer lasting - and my skin feels better.

Here are some of my beach bag essentials: From left: Anti-aging sunscreen stick from Methode Jeanne Peaubert SPF 30 (for lips, eye lids and nose), anti-wrinkle sun cream from Biotherm SPF 30 for face, and sun protection body cream SPF 30 from Lancome.  The latter contains a dash of glimmer and really makes you feel like a beach diva. I like!

I prefer white or sheer colors in the sun as they keeps you relatively cool, A scarf can be used to protect your hair and scalp, or as protection to over exposed areas, like shoulders or legs.
