I'm a serious packer, and always plan my holiday wardrobe well ahead. Still, there's always the same dilemma: Packing light to have space enough for serious shopping sprees, or stuff it up with all your beautiful summer dresses and high heels that you never get to wear at home? As much as I can, I opt for the happy medium. I do want to look good in those holiday pictures, and I do want to shop! Therefore, I try to save on weight by repacking my toiletries onto smaller containers, and by making sure that summer skirt can be mixed with several tops.
